Different types of stamina training have a different effect. A training unit should last at least 30 to 40 minutes.
It’s best to train at least three to four times per week. Work on your fitness while on holiday in the panorama fitness room. The large panoramic windows give you the feeling of being outdoors while training.
Children can discover the fun of exercise and train their stamina, coordination, posture, body perception, mobility and balance on special children’s fitness equipment. Exercise is incredibly important and has a positive effect on healthy development in children.
